The Cooking Class
Turkish Cultural Center Massachusetts organized Cooking classs on April third 2015. It was a wonderful environment with great friends sharing delicious food. Our menu included authentic Turkish recipes.
We started off with the famous lentil soup; this soup is lovely as a winter warmer – filling and comforting. Then we went on with “Karniyarik- which is basically stuffed eggplants with ground beef, onions and spices. Last but not the least we learned the recipe of Turkish pudding called “Tavuk Gogsu” .
During this hands-on class, our chef guided us through all the easy steps involved with making the recipes.
It was a great fun day with our students. Hope to see you next class on April 18 and we wish a wonderful year to all!!
