On Wednesday, June 1st, the Turkish Cultural Center held its Seventh Annual Turkic Cultural Day at the State House. With over 200 distinguished guests and visitors throughout the day, our event was a great success.
On behalf of the host Committee Hon. Sarah Peake started the program off with a welcoming keynote speech.The State Representatives talked about how much they appreciated Turkish-American activities and how they are an example community. She spoke of his appreciation for the hospitality and sincerity of Turks at the Turkish Cultural Center in the US and in Turkey.

There was plenty of traditional Turkish food for everyone to enjoy.
