Turkish Cultural Center Western Mass. branch held a private cooking class for members of the Institute for Learning in Daily Life. Members came to learn how to prepare Baklava, Stuffed Grape Leaves chicken meatball with sauted vegetables.The students were first served Turkish tea in traditional glasses with some snacks. Then the students rolled their sleeves and participated in preparing the food and helped the chef in wrapping the stuffed grape leaves. After learning how to prepare them then the students found out how they tasted along with some other Turkish foods. The students left with full bellies and a souvenir to take home
